Visits from family and Carson's last day of Preschool!

Friday was Carson's last day at Ms. Linda's. Here is a picture of Ms. Linda, Carson, and Ms. Ashley. Callahan will go there next school year, so I wouldn't let myself get too sad. I was sad to be closing this chapter in Carson's life! It has been a blessed experience.

This is a picture I definetely wanted to take. This is Carson shutting the door behind me as I left in the morning...something he has done for the past 2 years at least. He always kisses and hugs me and then lets me out with a big smile and wave. This was the last one at Ms. Linda's!

Callahan loves to do t-ball with Carson. He has learned how to do it just by watching Carson play. He puts the ball on the T, hits it, places the bat down, and starts running around. Then he starts clapping for himself. It's pretty funny!

We have had a very fun memorial weekend with Wade's family. They came in town for a visit until Monday, then on Monday night my dad came in town until Wednesday. He had a business trip to make to Kansas City, and was able to see my brother and sister-in-law and nephew there, then drove down here for a couple of days. It was great to see everyone and be spoiled. Carson also had his last day of preschool on Friday and is home for the summer with me until kindergarten starts in August. Callahan is 19 months and loves trains, balls, and dogs...he barks at pretty much any animal and Wade has taught him how to howl. Yeah, he really isn't saying many words yet, but he can bark with the best of 'em!
