Happy 6th Birthday Carson!

Today, our Carson turns 6! It is hard to believe really. Wade even made the comment that it sounds so different to say we have a 6 year old - we have now entered the "school age" age group. Carson woke up this morning and came in my room and the first thing out of his mouth was "Six!" He was so happy and proud today and we had fun with him for his birthday. I took him lunch from Sonic and ate with him at school today, which was fun for both of us. Then tonight we opened presents, ate his dinner pick (chicken nuggets, fries, macaroni and cheese - hello carbs!!), and then had cookies. It was a great night. Thank you mimi and papa for the awesome rocket glider! Carson is really looking forward to playing with this outside when it gets warmer.


Carson was a good big brother and let Cal help open presents with him...Callahan started opening a few when we weren't looking as well. He is definitely 2!

Carson got a Tony Romo football player for his room from Pappy and Nana. He was very excited - can you tell?

We got Carson the Atari game controller with Pole Position, Pac Man, and Dig Dug and a bunch of other old school classics. Wade has already challenged me at Pac Man! We would actually like to have an old Atari - we love those games.


Carson had a great birthday and told me tonight it was the best one ever! We will have his birthday party at the bowling lanes on Sunday with some of his friends from school and church. He is very excited about that and we are looking forward to it.

Happy birthday Carson! We love you more than you'll ever know and praise God for creating you. You are a loving son, terrific brother, and caring friend. We are so proud of you and the 6 year old you are now. You are one of our greatest blessings!
