I am married to my best friend of 14 years who is not only an amazing partner, but an exceptional father to our three fun-loving, active, adorable, and silly little boys. With all the testosterone in our house, life can get a little crazy around here, but I thank God for it because I wouldn't be that same without it. This blog is a way for me to remember each stage of our life and keep my family and friends updated on our growing boys!
Here are day two pictures of the ice storm. We are counting our blessings that we actually are one of the lucky ones in the area with power. About 85-90% of Northwest Arkansas is without power and has been for at least a day and will probably be so for the next 2-3 days according to the latest news. Ours went out during the night last night for 4-5 hours, but came back on. We are so glad. Carson and Wade are out playing football in the snow that fell at the end of the storm last night. They asked if I wanted to come too....they should know me better than that! No, no, no....if I can't sled or ski in it, then I'll have no part in freezing my tail off in it.
Those icicles are wild. I once heard they make the perfect murder weapon, because the evidence would just melt away. I obviously watch too many crime shows. Stay warm.

CHILLY! I'm glad you guys didn't freeze when the power went off.
The days off of school were nice, but I am glad it is finally sunny here:)

Now I remember why we are still living in Houston!
