Carson got a new Slip-N-Slide last week and had his good friend, Jake, over to play. They had a blast and even Wade and I had some fun on it too. Side note, you know you are getting older when you get pulled muscles for days after the slip-n-slide. Yea, Wade and I both strained muscles on that thing...much easier on the body when you are a kid! So sad.
My mom got Carson and Callahan this bubble blower gun at Cracker Barrell when she was here...they had lots of fun with it the other night after dinner. Thanks Mimi!
Callahan wouldn't try out the slip-n-slide...a little fearful of it. I don't blame him...I'm a little fearful now myself!

Why does that have to happen to our bodies as we get older? I have a sore back nearly every day. Which is also how I know I am SO done with having kids. My body doesn't want a third.
Don't you know it's not a 'slip and slide' for adults, it's a 'slip and flop'?

I love that you got a slip n slide. They boys look like they are having so much fun with it! We have one too, and it is so much fun. For the girls, of course. There is no way I am throwing myself down that thing!
We are so sad we missed you in Destin! The spalsh park is at a newer shopping area in Destin. I can't think of the name of it, but there is a movie theater, a Johnny Rockets, and a lot of more typical (non-outlet) stores. It is by the Bass Pro Outlet. You can't miss it! Have fun!
